You know you better watch out, some girls are only about....that Thing!

I'm happy to be presenting my latest complete piece, Alice Cross from Neko Gallexy, featuring paints exclusively from my sponsor Ionic Smartpaints. This is painted in my development of a new Asian/Chinese skin-tone set that Ionic has asked me for my input on. Beyond the colours themselves, it's a piece that I feel, as a miniature artist, has helped me grow further in many aspects. A new feeling of expression, with her being my most contemporary piece to date. Grounding her clothes in olive green to reference an oversized M1A flight jacket with the bright orange liner. Black top, matching hair accessories, and minimal make-up with only a bold spot of red lipstick completes her look. Which is much more to my taste and similarly to my beautiful partner of 11 years, Terra :)

For those who are unaware, the first part of painting her face is already up, which details the important sketching phase, and is included in the ongoing Skin Challenge series! Coming next week, we have a continuation of the process, taking the sketch and developing the many volumes and contours of the face. Many more notes and details to follow in the video!
